What I’ve been doing since 1977! I am married to my wonderful wife Ann. We have a total of 4 children between us. Her 2 children are Michael age 37, Christian age 32, and my 2 children are Jason age 28, and Tracy age 26. We have 2 grandchildren, and 1 precious Godchild name Hannah. We moved away in 1990, but returned to Ceredo in 1998. I work for a company called U S Inspections Services. I do various forms of non-destructive testing (such as Industrial Radiography), on piping, welds, storage tanks, pressure vessels. With my current job, I am always going to various schools learning new methods of testing procedures. I went back to school in 1988. I attended Ashland Technical College and graduated in 1990 with an Associates Degree in Mechanical Drafting. We both enjoy watching our favorite college football teams, Marshall University and West Virginia University. We also try to spend what time we can with all of our family, but with all of our family living away from here, that can be a challenge. My wife has a small business located in our home. She is a Professional Seamstress. We love to travel. We love various types of music and still go to concerts when possible. We enjoy camping, hiking, fishing and gardening.
My fondest memories of high school and living in the C-K communities! My fondest memories were being part of the “ Big green and white marching band from Ceredo Kenova High School”. I enjoyed marching in all the parades and football games. Being in the Marching Band was being part of a “Special Family”. We all shared our emotions with one another, whether they were good or bad. I grew up in Ceredo and had always lived in the area. After I graduated from Ashland Technical College, we moved away in 1990, after accepting employment with a company in Maryland. We moved back to the area in 1998, after receiving news concerning my Mother. People have always said that there is no place like home. After being back for 9 years, I don’t think we will be moving anytime soon. |
